Weakness

"We should not be discouraged or depressed by our shortcomings. No one is without weakness. As part of the divine plan, we are tested to see whether we master weakness or let weakness master us. Proper diagnosis is essential to proper treatment. The Lord gave us this remarkable assurance: “Because thou hast seen thy weakness thou shalt be made strong” (Ether 12:37). But wishing for strength won’t make us strong. It takes faith and work to shore up a weakened cord of integrity."

Elder Russell M. Nelson
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
As most of you (those who is my friend on Facebook) get to know that I was asked to leave my service at MOE because the standard of my spoken English. I was assigned as a Math and English teacher for Primary 2 students. As I still used to my daily "Singlish". Whenever the 3 little "Devils" (ADHD students) starts to play a fool in the classroom, I have to scold them using some "unstructured" Singlish.
I know it is not easy to correct some of our natural habits. By the help from the power of faith towards our saviors, we can do whatsoever task that required of us.
"And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them. " Ether 12:27
I love the Book of Mormon, which provides my daily guides and strength to endure to the end.
