Everywhere I Go

Many days in life when we wonder which way to go. I know that He is there by our side every second in our life if we draw ourselves nearer to Him everyday by obeying his commandments.

Is Christ's Prophets and Apostles still around?

Many might wonder, why do we need prophet and apostle anymore? But not many will say we don't need Bible any more ... These arguing make me think how can I receive counsel from God now? Just Bible will do? Why he called prophets to teach his people as written in bible but not now?

My dear brothers and sisters, I just like to share with you that these wonderful bretheren that spoke in this conference, in deed, are disciples of Christ they,

" talk of Christ, ... rejoice in Christ, ... preach of Christ, ... prophesy of Christ, ... that our children may know to what source they may look for a dremission of their sins." 2 Nephi 25 ; 26

How can we know they are apostles of Christ? We just have to put down our pride, become like a child as taught by Christ in Bible ask him in sincere prayer are these things are true. I know you will get the answer, as I did. This I share with you all..

A Child's Prayer

I love this song, everytime when I was tempted to go against the commandments I try to pray. I know we need to become like these child clean and pure, before we are able to return to him.

"He doeth not anything save it be for the benefit of the world; for he bloveth the world, even that he layeth down his own life that he may draw call men unto him. Wherefore, he commandeth none that they shall not partake of his salvation." 2 Nephi 26:24

Solving Emotional Problems in the Lord’s Own Way

I just read this article from church magazine Liahona and I feel that I have to record this quote here. This is taken from President Boyd K. Packer

"We live in day when adversary stresses on every hand the philosophy of instant gratification. We seem to demand instant everything, including instant solution to our problems.

We are indoctrinated that somehow we should always by instantly emotionally comfortable. When that is not so, some become anxious - and all too frequently seek relief from counseling, from analysis, and even from medication.

It was meant to be that life would be a challenge. To suffer some anxiety, some depression, some disappointment, even some failure is normal.

Teach our member to be that life if they have a good, miserable day once in a while, or several in a row, to stand steady and face them. Things will strainghten out.

There is great purpose in our struggle in life."
